Craft Idea: Llama Puppet Craft

Materials:

  • Paper bag
  • Construction paper (white, brown, black)
  • Googly eyes
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Marker or crayon


Instructions:

  1. Cut out two large oval shapes from the white construction paper for the llama's face.
  2. Cut out two smaller oval shapes from the brown construction paper for the llama's ears.
  3. Glue the brown ears onto the top of the white oval shapes.
  4. Glue googly eyes onto the white ovals.
  5. Cut out a small black oval for the llama's nose and glue it onto the face.
  6. Use a marker or crayon to draw a mouth and nostrils on the nose.
  7. Glue the completed llama face onto the bottom flap of the paper bag, leaving the flap free to act as the llama's mouth.
  8.  Allow the glue to dry completely before using the puppet.


Snack Idea: Llama Fruit Skewers

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Wooden skewers


Instructions:

  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. Thread grapes, strawberries, and blueberries onto the wooden skewers in alternating patterns to create colorful fruit skewers.
  3. Arrange the fruit skewers on a plate and serve as a healthy and fun snack for toddlers to enjoy while listening to "Llama Llama Time to Share."
