Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all pieces, fillers, inserts, and accessories included. To start a return, please contact us at info@sensorywithsavannah.com.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any paid original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, and gift cards. Opened or used sensory fillers, opened kits, or items missing components cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
